Chicago philanthropist Chaz Ebert launched the inaugural FECK Awards, honoring people and organizations that embody forgiveness, empathy, compassion, and kindness, inspired by her 2024 book It’s Time to Give a FECK. The awards, held in Chicago, recognize changemakers working to improve their communities and aim to spotlight empathy-driven leadership at a time of deep social division.
